You look at the clock. You’ve been trying to sleep for hours, but you can’t settle down. Your mind races. Your muscles are tense. You think you’ll never get any rest. Sound familiar? If so, you are one of 60 million people in the U.S. who suffer from some form of insomnia.

A recent survey by the National Sleep Foundation indicates that 58 percent of adults in America experience insomnia at least a few nights a week. Insomnia increases with age, afflicting approximately 30 percent of men and 40 percent of women.

While insomnia has many causes, many of us can’t sleep because we are simply too stressed out. Stress, a major contributor to all sorts of health issues – from weight gain to heart problems – seems unavoidable in today’s fast-paced world.

We may not be able to eliminate all stress from our lives, but we can minimize it. Here are some strategies:

Make a list.
Organize your next day’s activities into three categories: “To Call,” “To Buy, “To Do.” Attach a specific time to each activity, and rest assured that you won’t wake up to chaos. I like to call this doing a “brain dump”. By getting your thoughts onto paper, it will keep you from rehashing them over and over in your mind.

Unwind
Before you go to bed, take a timeout. Read or listen to music as you drink a cup of herbal tea or warm milk. Create a barrier of calm between your jam-packed day and your bedtime. Try avoiding TV and the computer during this time as it can act as a stimulant to your brain rather than a relaxant.

Relax your body
We carry stress in our muscles, especially those of the neck and lower back. Stretching exercises can ease the tension. When you get into bed, lie flat your back for a few minutes. Tense and relax each muscle group as you work your way up from your toes to your temples. End by tightening all of your muscles at once, then relaxing them all. Repeat this process as many times as necessary.

Try a sleep aid
Non-habit-forming aids are easy to find. The spray Insomnia, for example, is a natural alternative to prescriptions. Part of the Spray line of sublingual sprays, Insomnia helps you relax to ease you into a deep sleep. Made with natural ingredients, the spray acts gently and causes no side effects, according to its manufacturer. Lavender is said to have a relaxing effect on the mind and body as well. You can get lavender-scented sprays and mist a little on your pillow, or even put some dried lavender in your pillowcase.

Lack of sleep can increase your stress levels even more. Increased stress levels can cause you to get even less sleep. Try these techniques and start breaking the sleep-stress cycle.

Don’t forget to check out my Eliminating Stress ebook, in the right sidebar for even more stress-relief techniques.

For the modern family woman, the biggest challenge lies on how to get pregnant fast minus the stress that comes from having to juggle a career, a family, and sometimes, a reputation. What many women fail to realize, though, is that these exact stressors might actually be the reasons why pregnancy seems to take years before it comes to fruition. Ergo, by dealing with the stress that comes with trying to get pregnant, pregnancy becomes easier to achieve.

One of the main reasons why women stress over getting pregnant as soon as possible is peer and familial pressure. Parents may be looking way too forward for a grandchild to dote over, and friends may keep asking when they’d get the chance to throw you a baby shower. Getting rid of the pressure does not mean isolating yourself from your family and friends: they basically mean no harm.

The best way to deal with this is to tell them, in a nice way, that you feel the pressure, and that might interfere with the whole supposedly joyful process of getting pregnant. And supportive as family members and friends are and should be, they won’t take any of it personally.

Another stressor, especially for couples who have been trying for years, is the fear of time. This could either mean the fear of getting too old to bear a healthy child or the fear of not enjoying many things in the future with your child due to old age. This kind of fear would have been logical during the time when science wasn’t too advanced.

But now, science and technology has found a number of means of securing the birth of a healthy child. Also, there are many ways for you to take care of your health so that you get to enjoy more activities with your child, no matter what your age may be. Although the age of a mother during childbirth matters, it’s not exactly something you have to stress about so greatly, what with today’s advances in medical technology and all.

Last but not the least, just take it easy. Being a soccer and office mom may be the toughest job in the world, but it does not have to be so stressful. Eliminate overtimes at the office, or perhaps have hubby send the kids off to practice or music lessons instead (just so you don’t have to go from one end of the town to another in a flash). Essentially, how to get pregnant fast all lies on how well you can take things slow.

Is meditation a useful form of therapy to cure stress, anxiety disorders and panic attacks or is it a waste of time?

By Dennis Fisher.

There are many people who are very happy indeed with the results they have been able to obtain from meditation. They say meditation helped them cure their anxiety, stress and frequent panic attacks and brought tranquility, calm and harmony into their lives. There are others, however, who consider meditation to be very much overrated and, as far they are concerned, a waste of time.

They say they tried various forms of meditation to get rid of anxiety and nervous tension, but found it of no help at all.

Instead of benefiting from a feeling of complete relaxation from meditation, they found sitting for long periods every day in the uncomfortable position demanded by the system of meditation they practiced, not only time-consuming but also physically and mentally tiring.

If you suffer from stress, anxiety and nervous tension and are considering meditation as a way to relieve your stress without medication, who should you believe? Whose advice should you follow?

It’s sometimes difficult to decide. There are almost as many people dissatisfied with the results they have obtained from meditation as those who speak in glowing terms of the benefits they have managed to obtain.

Why is it that some people have excellent results from meditation and others find it a waste of time? Is meditation of any value at all?

In order to get a balanced and objective assessment of the value of meditation, it is important to study unbiased reports from prestigious Universities who have carried out detailed studies of meditation.

Clinical proof that meditation really works.

Many reliable, objective studies, carried about by well-known institutions, such as Harvard Medical School, the University of California and prestigious English Universities, provide conclusive proof that meditation, carried out in the correct manner, definitely does relieve stress. It also results in important beneficial changes in the body.

Study by Professor Dr. Herbert Benson of Harvard.

One of many objective investigations to test the validity of claims made for Meditation, was carried out by a well-known Harvard Professor, Dr. Herbert Benson.

Dr. Benson conducted a series of clinical studies at Buddhist monasteries in the Himalayas. He subsequently published his findings in his widely-acclaimed book, ”THE RELAXATION RESPONSE”.

In this book, Dr. Benson confirmed meditation was responsible for definite biochemical changes to the body. These changes brought about noticeable changes in blood pressure, heart rate and metabolism.

What type of meditation should you use to reduce stress?

Some forms of meditation are relatively simple and easy to follow. Others are very involved; extremely difficult to follow and take years to master.

There are a great variety of breathing techniques; different postures to adopt while meditating; different ways to focus on a single thought and a number of different recommendations how to avoid distracting thoughts that interfered with concentration.

For the beginner, anxious to choose the most effective type of meditation, one that will provide the maximum health benefits and is also easiest to master in the quickest possible time, the choice can be very confusing.

If it is possible to obtain personal, unbiased advice and a recommendation from someone who has been involved with meditation for a lengthy period, this is always very useful. If not, it is probably best to try a number of different methods, and then decide which particular technique you are most comfortable with.

After experimenting with a number of different techniques you will find that the most complicated method is not necessarily the most effective.

There definitely are meditation techniques that are both extremely easy to master and also very effective indeed in helping you cure stress and ending your stress-related anxiety disorders.

Some meditation systems offer free demonstration tapes or videos. You have the opportunity of trying the particular system of meditation they suggest and judge for yourself whether or not you find it effective.

The particular system of meditation I would like to recommend is one that a great many people have found very effective indeed. They are convinced it has been responsible for ending all symptoms of stress and nervous anxiety and has enabled them to experience a deep sense of calm and harmony in their lives.

Dennis Fisher has made a detailed study of a great variety of different forms of meditation. The particualr form of meditation he reommends is one about which there have been very many favourable reports. It is easy to follow and not very time-consuming.

Though this article contains valuable and useful information on curing stress, it’s also meant to be humorous. This article is written in cockney. So let’s have some fun!

Stress is the feelin’ yer cop wen yer begin ter worry, breathe rapidly, right, and tense yor scalp, Nanny Goat Race, or neck muscles. The bleedin’ stress response were critical for the survival of us ancestors ‘oo were constantly exposed ter the dangers of predators such as the bloomin’ saber-tooffed tiger.

Wile stressed, right, large amounts of adrenaline were released into their blood, makin’ us ancestors stronger, right, faster, and more alert – enablin’ them ter escape danger.

Stress started out as a necessary response. But as ‘umans became more and more civilized and industrialized, ultimately leavin’ the bloomin’ jungle behind, right, the bleedin’ stress response became less and less necessary. Right.

THE PROBLEM

The bloomin’ problem is that the chuffin’ human environment evolved faster than the bloody human body, leavin’ us wiv the maladaptive response called stress.

Currently, we’re no longer bein’ chased by wild animals tryin’ ter eat us. Neverffeless, right, we’re bein’ chased by financial, right, marital, or occupational Barney Rubble; and we react ter ffese Barney Rubbles the bloomin’ same way as bein’ chased by wild animals.

Fough we don’t physically run or fight, large amounts of adrenaline cop released into us bloodstream, acceleratin’ us breafink, tensin’ us muscles, and ‘eightenin’ us alertness.

Vigorous physical activity is necessary ter help the bloomin’ body de-stress itself. Us ancestors did this by fightin’ or runnin’ oray from predators.

Since financial, right, marital, and occupational Barney Rubbles don’t necessarily involve vigorous physical activity, our bodies don’t de-stress properly, right, leavin’ us wiv tense muscles, right, high blood pressure, right, headaches, skin rash, and mental agitation.

Wiv all us pent-up stress, it’s no wonder that ‘eart disease is one of the leadin’ causes of deaff among present-day blokes, do wot guvnor!

Yer may be sayin’ right about now: “Okay, I’m under a bit of stress. Wot can I do about it?” There are five fings yer can do: exercise, meditate, progressively relax, right, pray, and affirm.

EXERCISE

Exercise is the most natural way ter de-stress yor body. After all, this is ‘ow yor ancestors de-stressed. The need ter exercise is almost ‘ardwired into the human body. Aerobic exercises such as walkin’, right, runnin’, swimmin’, and dancin’ are right effective de-stressors. If yer aerobically exercise daily, yer’ll ‘ave no Barney Rubble de-stressin’.

“But wot if I’ve no time ter aerobically exercise,” yer say. Peraps yer work 80 ‘ours per week, leavin’ yer wiv right wee time to go walkin’, right, runnin’, swimmin’, right, or dancin’.

Yer can still exercise, right, if yer choose a time-efficient non-aerobic exercise such as isometrics. Ravver than improvin’ blood circulation and oxygen consumption as aerobic exercise does, isometrics just strengffens muscles. Yer can’t ‘ave a knees-up wivout a joanna.

Isometrics involves contractin’ specific muscle groups wiv wee movement if any:

1.) For example, if yer want ter strengffen yor figh muscles, wile standin’, right, yer can bend yor knees at a 90-degree angle and ‘old that position for as long as possible. Doin’ this particular exercise will only take a few seconds ter a few minutes.

2.) To strengffen yor chest muscles, yer can do a push-up ter the bloody halfway point and ‘old that position for as long as possible.

3.) To strengffen yor stomach muscles, yer can do a partial sit-up ter a 30-degree angle and ‘old that position for as long as possible.

4.) I fink yer cop the point. Wiv a wee creative finkin’, yer can come up wiv isometric exercises for almost any muscle group.

I exercise all of me muscle groups daily by doin’ isometric exercises, and it only takes me approximately 15 minutes per day! Blimey!

MEDITATION

Meditation is anuvver way ter cure stress. Meditation is an ancient practice originatin’ from the Far East. Fough there are different ways ter meditate, all of the ways consist of slowin’ dahn one’s breabugger, deepenin’ one’s breabugger, right, and focusin’ one’s mind on a particular fin’.

Breafink and the stress response are intimately related. In order ter be fully stressed, right, yer must breathe rapidly and shallowly. The slower and deeper yer breaffe, the chuffin’ less stressed yer’ll be, ultimately eliminatin’ stress altogeffer.

Are yer feelin’ stressed, then, guv? Ready ter meditate, isit? Okay, let’s do it. Yer can’t ‘ave a knees-up wivout a joanna:

1.) First, eever sit dahn slouchily in a comfortable chair or lie dahn in a comfortable bed.

2.) Next, relax yor breafink until yer’re breafink slowly, rhyffmically, right, and deeply. Make sure yer’re breafink frough yor belly and not yor chest. To ensure this, place yor ‘ands on yor belly. Yor ‘ands should rise up and dahn.

3.) Next, right, it’s time ter focus yor mind on a particular fin’. So each time yer exhale air from yor belly, yer’re ter say or fink the number one.

4.) Do this for about 30 minutes daily.

Meditation de-stresses yer in two ways. The slow, rhyffmic, and deep breabugger calms yor body. The chuffin’ sayin’ or finkin’ the chuffin’ number one durin’ each exhalation focuses yor mind, right, preventin’ it from worryin’.

PROGRESSIVE RELAXATION

If yer talk ter a psychuvverapist about yor stress problem, right, he’ll probably recommend that yer do progressive relaxation regularly ter help yer de-stress. Progressive relaxation works particularly well on relaxin’ tense muscles.

Chronically tense muscles can be right painful, init? The tension can brin’ sharp pain and pressure ter yor ‘ead, jor, neck, and ’round yor mince pies. It can even cause ‘erky-jerky movements of yor loaf of bread or Nanny Goat Race, publicly embarrassin’ yer.

Do yer feel like yor loaf of bread is in a vice, isit? Yes, then, eh? Then let’s progressively relax:

1.) First, lie dahn relaxedly in a comfortable bed. Yer can’t ‘ave a knees-up wivout a joanna.

2.) Then tense and relax each muscle group, startin’ from yor scalp muscles and workin’ dahn ter yor feet muscles, do wot guvnor!

3.) Some muscle groups may still be tense. If so, begin tensin’ and relaxin’ these muscle groups only. Repeat until they become completely relaxed.

4.) Do this for about 30 minutes daily.

PRAYER

Currently, prayer is a controversial practice. It’s been banned from public schools. Yer can’t ‘ave a knees-up wivout a joanna. Furffermore, researchers ‘oo ‘ave studied the effectiveness of prayer are divided. Some say prayer effectively changes fings; uvvers say it’s useless. Yer can’t ‘ave a knees-up wivout a joanna.

Despite the controversy and disagreement, right, prayer can be right effective in eliminatin’ stress, init? It does so in two ways: First, prayer allows yer ter vent yor problems ter a ‘igher Power that never interrupts yer. Second, prayer encourages yer ter ffink positive – because it makes yer believe that a ‘igher Power is ‘elpin’ and empowerin’ yer.

As yer know, right, ventin’ yor problems, frustrations, right, and worries ter a right good listener makes yer feel a ‘oole lot better – a ‘oole lot calmer. That’s why muckers are important. Right. And if yer don’t ‘ave any muckers, yer always ‘ave a ‘igher Power ter vent to.

Negative finkers are the most stressed-out group of blokes. If yer’ve ever met any fairy ‘oo is paranoid or clinically depressed, yer’ll know wot I mean. So the more positive yor finkin’ is, the more relaxed yer’ll be. And if yer aren’t born positive, right, yer can always make yorself positive by prayin’.

AFFIRMATIONS

An affirmation is an idea that yer deliberately fink about over and over again. Theoretically, an affirmation is sposed ter change yor current situation ter a more positive one. Yer can’t ‘ave a knees-up wivout a joanna.

For example, if yer’re a college student and want ter improve yor grades, yer can say ter yorself: “I’m an ‘A’ student. I’ll get out me spoons. I always cop ‘A’s on me tests and assignments.” If yer say this several times a day wiv feelin’, yer’re sposed ter be more motivated ter study, ffus improvin’ yor grades, init?

The Affirmation Theory makes intuitive sense: If yer mentally focus on a particular fin’ often, yer’re probably gonna be right motivated to go after it, right, eventually achievin’ the right fin’ that yer were focused on.

Affirmations can be used ter attain almost anyfink, right, includin’ inner peace. Let’s say that yer’re right stressed-out and need ter come up wiv an effective affirmation ter de-stress yorself. Let’s say that yer’re also a Christian.

Given this, yer should choose a Christian affirmation that promotes inner peace. Right. Why a Christian affirmation, eh? Because yer already believe that it’s true! Honest guv!

Instead of workin’ ‘ard ter convince yorself that a particular secular affirmation is true, right, if yer choose a Christian affirmation, yer don’t ‘ave ter work ‘ard.

Now let’s ‘ave a look at the followin’ Christian passage John 14:26-27 (New International Version):

“But the Counselor, the chuffin’ Holy Spirit, right, ‘oom the bloomin’ Favver will send in me name, will teach you lot fings and will remind yer of evryfink I ‘ave said ter yer. Peace I leave wiv yer; me peace I give yer. I do not give ter yer as the bleedin’ world gives. Do not let yor ‘earts be Barney Rubbled and do not be afraid.”

Simply put, this passage appears ter be sayin’ that God, in Jesus’ name, will send yer the Holy Spirit. And the Holy Spirit appears ter be peace-givin’. So yer can affirm, right, “I’m filled wiv the bloomin’ Holy Spirit, right, therefore I’m filled wiv peace.”

Don’t yer feel yor stress just melt oray, isit?

CONCLUSION

This article discusses five ‘igh-grade meffods ter cure yor stress quickly and effectively. Wich meffod should yer use, then, luv? That depends on yor personality type.

1.) If yer’re affletic, yer may want ter use the bloomin’ exercise meffod of curin’ stress. Exercise is the bleedin’ most natural meffod ter de-stress yor body. Even animals use this meffod ter de-stress. Yer can’t ‘ave a knees-up wivout a joanna. If yer’re right stressed-out, I fink that yer should, at the right least, use the exercise meffod.

2.) If yer’re spiritual, yer may want ter use the meditation or prayer meffod of curin’ stress. Meditation and prayer ‘ave been used by monks, priests, yogis, sages, and uvver enlightened individuals to attain a deep state of peace. Wiv practice, yer too can attain a deep state of peace by usin’ meditation or prayer.

3.) If yer’re psychological, yer may want ter use the progressive relaxation meffod of curin’ stress. This meffod is popularly recommended by social workers, counselors, and psychologists. Progressive relaxation particularly works well on loosenin’ tight muscles.

4.) Or if yer’re scientific, right, yer may want ter use the bloody affirmation meffod of curin’ stress. Cor blimey guv, would I lie to you? Affirmations ‘ave been recommended by Napoleon ‘ill (Fink & Grow Rich), Claude M. Bristol (The bleedin’ Magic of Believin’), Norman Vincent Peale (The bloody Power of Positive Finkin’), and ter some extent Rhonda Byrne (The Secret).

The bloody Affirmation Theory states that foughts affect emotions; emotions affect behaviors; behaviors affect situations. Right. Scientists ‘ave proven these causal links ter exist.

Experiment; try them all; spot wich meffod works Mae West for yer. Yer can’t ‘ave a knees-up wivout a joanna.

Genetics, diet and activity levels may all be co-factors in your battle against belly fat, but one of the most misunderstood factors of this battle is stress. During stressful times, people don’t realize how detrimental it is to their health to allow belly fat to accumulate, and stress levels to stay static. De-stressing can actually help you lose belly fat.

First, a biology lesson: Stress causes the body to over-produce a hormone called cortisol. Cortisol is responsible for a number of functions in the body and gives us the necessary energy for survival whenever we encounter a “fight-or-flight” situation. It is responsible for glucose metabolism and proper blood pressure levels. Good quality rest is required for cortisol levels to return to normal. Unfortunately, in our current face-paced world, quality rest is almost unheard of. High stress leads to a vicious circle of high cortisol levels, no rest and no regulation of bodily functions. It is responsible for slowed metabolism, which is a fertile field for packing on the belly fat.

Changes in the causes of your stress are going to have to happen if you want to shed belly fat and de-stress your life. What are the causes of your stress? Financial worries, too must to do, relationships that are falling apart, problems at work and in the world? Having one or more of these elements in your life means you are over-stressed.

Eliminating as much of those stressors as possible is vital. Sometimes, that will be easy. Reducing your scheduled activities and obligations, for instance. Other situations, like financial worries and such, will be harder, and other coping mechanisms (like meditation) will need to be employed. I bet you never thought contemplating your belly button could lead to losing belly fat, now, did you? You must do whatever you can to reduce the amount of stress in your life to help your body regulate itself and see those belly fat pounds melt away.

Physical activity is a great way to de-stress. Stretching and exercising will go a long way towards not only revving up your metabolism and losing belly fat, but will also lead to deeper, more restful sleep levels, where cortisone can be, once again, returned to its natural levels. Your symptoms of stress will fade away, as well, symptoms like headaches, exhaustion, general body pain.

Meditation, as mentioned earlier and activities like Yoga and Tai Chi will help to calm your mind. As you discover peace and tranquility, as your body returns to its normal, healthy functions, you’ll watch in amazement as you lose belly fat. Five to ten minutes of tranquility a day is all it takes to regain peace and balance in your life.

Another positive method of getting in touch with where your balance is, is to write things in a journal. Getting your feelings and impressions down on paper often goes a long way towards helping you understand what’s going on with your body. Ideas and progress can be charted and success can be yours in this way. Shrinking your stress is an ideal way to shrink that pesky belly fat and improve your health in the process.

Are you someone who has suffered from stress your entire life? Stress is essentially a fight or flight reaction and when it is not released in a healthy way, all of that energy is going to make you to feel run down in both mind and body. The results of stress can range from being tired and irritable all the time to causing you serious health problems in your body. When you have realized that suffering from stress is a serious thing that needs to be resolved, you should take a moment and look to see what natural methods are available.

Many people think that stress is something that can be treated with drugs, but the truth of the matter is that many of the drugs that are used to treat stress have their own problems. Insomnia, flattened expression, fatigue and even panic attacks can be some of the side effects that you run accross, and many people who start have some real problems. Also remember that drugs will only reduce the symptoms of stress, not remove the stress from your life! It is important to know the difference and when you are looking for a real solution to stress, choosing to go the natural route can be much more effective.

The first thing that you should think about when you want to cure stress naturally is getting some exercise. It sounds simple, but if you realize that stress is a restricted fight or flight reaction, you will find that exercise lets your body know that you are doing something. You can work for getting some of those endorphins out of your system and for working off some of the adrenaline. Working out can also be instrumental when you are looking to make sure that your heart is strengthened against some of the more physically harmful effects of stress.

Another thing that you might want to do when you are looking at treating your level of stress is to make sure that you know what you are stressed about. Remember that one reason why a lot of people have issues with stress is that they feel that they are out of control. What you might not realize that you can do is that you can take control of the situation. Taking control might simply mean leaving the situation, finding a way around it, or speaking up in such way to make sure that your situation has been changed. Taking control can be a little frightening if you are by nature a rather passive person, but at the end of the day, it might be one of the best ways to control your stress.

Take a moment and consider what your options are going to be when it comes to controlling your stress naturally. There are many people out there who have issues with stress, and if you have them, it is time to treat them! There are many different ways to deal with stress in a natural way and if you are ready to take control, there is no time like the present!

The negative effects of stress can turn your whole life upside down. It can cause a lot of symptoms that will make it harder for you to function normally within any society. If you want to know of a few ways to cure stress fast and naturally, then you’re lucky you found this page. This article will help you to reduce your stress levels so you can live a perfectly healthy and happy existence.

Causes

There happens to be a lot of remedies that can be used to relieve stress. Some people take prescription drugs and other medicines to try to solve this problem. However, stress can easily return and dependency over these curatives can even contribute to the problem. It is best then to think of less expensive alternatives. But before you start to cure stress, you must at least know what the causes are. Below are some of the examples of the causes of stress.

- Constant danger – Family problems – Financial difficulties – Job difficulties – Drug dependency – Noise – Crowding – Constant pressure – Fatigue – Insomnia – Lack of sleep/rest – Failure to achieve goals

Physical Health

Cure stress fast and naturally by taking care of your body. This is probably the most important thing you should know when it comes to dealing with stress. Always be mindful of your overall health. Your health happens to contribute a lot to how your body reacts to stress. It’s recommended that you keep a balanced diet and try not to drink too much alcohol or beer. Consider to take less coffee and quit smoking too. Get lots of rest (or sleep) so you can have more energy. Avoid pushing your body to its limits unless you’re exercising. And even when you’re exercising, learn to know when to stop to avoid putting a strain on your overall health. Try to do exercises that would take only around 30 minutes and not longer than that.

Psychological Health

Never underestimate the power of the mind. Thinking positively helps your mind dealing more effectively with stress. If you want to cure stress fast and naturally, then you should stop thinking about negative thoughts. Thinking negatively causes your body to react to what you’re thinking and will contribute to the stress levels. If you read again the above section on the causes of stress, you’ll realize that most of them are about psychological issues. Having an optimistic view of things and not worrying too much about the outcome helps you to alleviate yourself of the damaging effects of stress. To further reinforce this, it is recommended that you must learn to practice meditation. Meditation heals the body as well as the mind.

So that concludes this article on some of the basics on how to reduce your stress levels in the most natural way. But before you leave, here are some parting tips for you. Get a body massage. It’s absolutely one of the best tips out there if you want to cure stress fast and naturally. Also, breathe deeply every time you feel tension so you can relieve your stress quickly and effectively.

Most dis-ease is caused by an accumulation of waste in the body from improper elimination. This causes toxic retention and problems with health. It is a natural process for the body to detoxify and eliminate and your body is created to work and function at optimal levels – so listen to your body. So many of us are so committed to our unhealthy lifestyles that we ignore the signs our bodies give us to indicate an issue. It’s much easier to take a pharma pill (or several), but the problem is, it will NEVER go away until you deal with the cause. Those drugs just mask the symptoms, they do NOT deal with the root cause why you are having the symptoms. The process of cleansing and detoxifying your body is very simple, relatively inexpensive and HIGHLY EFFECTIVE! Your body is a monster machine, and given the right environment, it can usually heal itself.

REBALANCE
We rebalance by removing by reducing inflammation. From last week you understand how food sensitivities can cause stress and inflammation on the body. So, too can all other kinds of stress: environmental, chemical, emotional, physical, etc. So during this phase, you will remove as much stress to your system as you can. You begin by removing processed foods (boxed/canned goods), gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, wheat, alcohol, caffeine and sugar. Try to support your mental stress by engaging in a meditative activity – tai chi, yoga, breathing. Learning to cope with stress can help rebalance your gut by supporting better digestion. This stage is NOT easy and you may want to seek the help of a nutritional counselor, therapist or hypnotherapist.

REMOVE
At this stage, we strive to remove all toxins that are causing an immune response. This can include a list of offending bacteria, such as candida, and parasites. This is where we begin the elimination diet to rid our diets of sugar, corn, alcohol, dairy, gluten grains, soy and many other reactive foods. Any food that you regularly eat should also be eliminated.

REPLACE
It may be necessary to nutritionally supplement to support proper digestion. Common supplements are HCL, fiber and digestive enzymes. We want to support the liver and kidneys during this stage.

REINOCULATE
Now we need to reintroduce good flora to the gut with FOS and probiotics (lactobacillus acidophilus and bifidobacteria bifidus).

REPAIR
This is when we provide nutritional support for the healing of the GI System through nutritional support to specifically regenerate the gastrointestinal lining, which contain the most biochemally active and growing cells in they body (mucosal cells). This is the most important stage.

The 5 R Plan is not intended to be a quick fasting to lose weight. This program is created to ease stress, eliminate toxins and reduce inflammation to encourage optimal health.

When a frustrated person needs your comfort and support, you are most likely to utter the world-famous phrase “spare your nerves”. What do we usually want to advice with it? This is no remedy that promises quick recovery; this is a piece of advice saying to stay calm in any situation, be cool-minded and not to rush to appear in the middle of the conflict. Scientists call this advice stress elimination. There are a number of factors that cause stress but only the most popular ones are worth mentioning.

Conflict stress. People whose personality is humiliated will ever give their positions. Our advice will be not to either. But when it comes to tiny quarrels at home with the family members, disputes at the office over latest news in sports, arguments about whose place have you taken in a public transport, it is better to step back for somebody else to destroy his/her nerves. There is nothing more important then health and you know it better than any doctor you consult. Try to assess the situation objectively and see who is really opposing you. If it is a lion that longs for “meet” that currently appears to be you, respond with humor and the fire will soon be put down. If it is a poor rabbit-victim that you see in front of you, make it possible for him to recall how kind and generous you have always been. Failure stress. This is a type of thing that humans are frightened most of all. This is where we get stress from. No matter how hard you try, nothing seems to move from the dead point. This leads to over exhaustion and a nervous breakdown. When you are about to forget about the whole matter, stop and take your time to reconsider. Maybe all you lack to succeed is to build the basis of it? For instance, if you have always had problems with writing and recollecting things in memory stop your useless tries and asks your tutor for assistance.

Monotony stress. Life without problems has been attractive to those who always have them. But, as for those who live the happiest life ever, they do doubt about its sense. When life is not a challenge that brings no surprises, no new aims leaves no room for development and brings a person down slowly but surely. The advice would be: stay out of trouble when the reward is not worth it and accept the challenge when something great is about to happen.
